Hi we have a security camera with an EE card inside (sealed unit) we login in remotley via our phones so we can view it. It is data only. it has 6gig preloaded into it. How do we add data to it once it runs out? We have a Sim Card number but no phone number.

Normally you have to go to add-on.ee.co.uk from the device itself to buy data.
Not sure how that would work with a camera mind you.

@Sticks147: For starters, your gonna need its phone no. Does not the camera's settings show it somewhere?
Can you put the SIM into a phone & find its number? You can then go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to buy data.

Hi. as stated it is in a sealed unit. It's a security camera that just sends video when we cinnect to it via Sricam

Doesn't it have any settings you can view from outside?
It would seem to be of limited life if you can't top it up.
Can you remove the SIM & replace it by a new SIM primed with data?

No, you need its mobile phone no. Isn't it written as "Mob:" on the packaging where you see the SIM no? Maybe if you called EE they can give you the phone no. from the SIM no. that you have.

Did you manage to gain the mobile number from the camera packaging or the settings as @XRaySpeX suggested?
If you have the SIM number our customer care team will be able to give you the mobile number.
