At the end of my teather - does anyone know how to find your 10 digit code to book it? it didnt come in box and not on struction manuel anywhere! Have called nest, they told me to call EE, called EE they said to scan the barcode - no 10 digit nummber. Last attempt on here before I send it back!

I spoke to them yesterday, I cant do anything without the 10 digit code, the number you gave me referred me back to the standard customer services, hence my frustration for department and still no outsome.
I just need the 10 digit number to book the installation, I have 14 days to do this and already 4 days into that 14 days

Morning I have been speaking with Alex last few times.
I can confirm that I need to return this product, got the 10 digit code, spoke to nest support and apparently they can't install as we don't have an exisiting termostat! They dont ask you tis question until you come to book it. I suspect it can be done but not via AXA website as it sounds like they connect from the exisiting wires hence its free.
Can you confirm where and how I should send it back and get it cancelled from my account please.
