Took out a upgrade last friday with ee. Sim car was missing so had to go the shop get a sim card that wasnt working. Been shop again and still nothing on new phone. Old phone im having to use can only make calls out on my old sim.
Its a upgrade same company just a smaller sim how hard can that be?
Whats going on ee as if not done im canceling the lot and going with another network if not sorted by the weekend?

Welcome to the community.
The SIM registrations usually go through pretty speedily. However, they can take up to 24 hours to fully complete.
When was it that you went in store? Did they register it for you in the shop?

firstly was sunday that didnt work then the second one was yesterday. and no was just given the sim and said will be done in an hour and that was it still not working.

Ive done that twice already waste of time. All im getting told is its gone through and working but its not as on my old sim all i can do is call out.
my other half has had same problem and been in birmingham store and been told shop should of phoned up to process it while your there but i was just fobbed off with mine from acocks green store waste of time them lot are in there.

I do but not wasting my time again. i will go to the birmingham one but going to cost me getting there. The amount of stress and hassle ive had from just a simple upgrade i wont be staying with ee when contract finishes
