sim not provisioned

Hi, i had an orange phone / sim. i used it for my business. i last used it about an year ago. then i moved abroad for a year, i am back in uk now, i tried turninng my phone on, but it says as no service. i cheacked in phone network section it is coming up as "sim not provisioned".

i really need my no to work as i am restarting my business and life back in uk.

where  can i get a new sim with same no. (my sim had credit in before i turned it off and left uk last year,so that it can remain active) but now its not.

can someoe please help....

It's now too late. All EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then had a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

 

All you can do now is apply for a new SIM with a new no.
