Shambolic EE !!!
Been with EE for some years - service OK.
Upgraded phone and changed plan some days back. New phone didn't leave EE till I posted on here.
DPD emailed and texted to say phone would arrive Friday 1 Feb. As I was going to be out I asked that delivery be Monday 4 Feb. Text and Email received confirming that.
At noon THURSDAY 31 Jan my doorbell rang. My new phone had arrived!!! Quite by chance I had just returned from shopping.
Fitted my new SIM into my new phone more than 24 hours ago. Activated new SIM. Within an hour my old phone lost its network.
STILL WAITING NETWORK ON MY NEW PHONE!!!
Obviously can not phone 150 !!!! I do not have a landline.

Thank you for quick response. As you can see, by "magic" my network has come up and loads of messages have arrived!!
