new sim and number but keep old contract

Hi all,

 

I hope you are keeping well and beating or avoiding the virus.

 

Ideally, I would like a new sim with new EE mobile number but keep my current contract which I'm happy with.  Is this do-able?

You can apply for a new line via your MyEE app, or via your online account. Or you can pickup a PAYG SIM?

 

Or if you want a new number on your existing plan then you can change your number via EE CS (there is a cost)

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi again.

 

I haven't been able to find the new line option in the EE App.  Could you give me a clue or a link please.

 

Failing this I'll do it as per your other suggestion - EE CS.
