Please see EE sim activation help pages. 



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

it won't let us ring out as no service.  our original phone was stolen so this is an upgrade with new SIM but original number but still currently saying no service ,can't make calls but can't activate as there are no options xx

Please follow the advice in our How to activate your new EE SIM Card support article.


Just insert your new SIM into your phone and it will activate automatically within 24 hours, but often sooner.
