hi just inserted my old some card into new phone and there are no contacts?

The contacts are stored on the old phone not the SIM.

 

What you could try is:

  1. Put old SIM back in old phone.
  2. Move Phone Contacts to SIM (on a Samsung: Contacts app Settings / Manage Contacts / Move Contacts / From Phone to SIM).
  3. Put old SIM back in new phone.
  4. Move SIM Contacts to Phone
