ee phone not unlocked properly

Hi, I am trying to use a three SIM card in a second hand EE device.


I Have been told by EE this device is already unlocked, and that it should work, I have tried all methods given to me to rectify this by Contacting both EE and Three, both of which are also claiming that the sim should work.


This is for an iPhone 5 I have already read similar issues on here and used the methods people have suggested to fix this and I still have had no luck.

There is no account access on these forums, so you will need to call and speak to the unlocking team Tuesday.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
