EE PORTED PAC CODE TO WRONG DEVICE

EE ported my PAC code to wrong device so I cant get my original number on phone.  Told EE support but nothing changed yet.  Is there a quick way of getting hold of EE - spent hours so far on phone and shop.

Resolved! SIM PIN Required

Phone run out of battery and then once restarted, it requires a SIM Pin. I don’t have a record of this and was not told to keep any paper work or note down a code from EE when SIM was replaced last month. Please help, thanks.

I’ve just ordered a new phone and it only takes a nano sim. My current phone has a micro sim, I took out my sim to have a look and I gave it a slight push and it seems to be coming out. So do I need to order a new sim or not?
