New sim not finding signal

Hi, I bought a new phone contract 2 days ago, and since swapping my simcard to my new phone, I have not been able to get any signal whatsoever. EE advise was to call them... But i cant. Can someone help please?

I’ve received a new sim and it is not working on my phone I’ve done everything I was instructed on the website I can’t make calls or receive messages it tells me my sim is not supported
