Earlier this evening phoned EE to change from PAYG to Black Friday offer £20 Pay Monthly 60GB (no swappable benefits). EE person said I would get deal for £16pm. Just looked at my phone and it's showing that my plan is Smart SIM 60G at £25!!!! How do I get it changed to what I wanted? Help!!!!

Any discount won't show until your first bill.
Can you also check on the EE app under add one, does it show any loyalty discount?

Welcome to the EE Community,
If you speak to customer services on 150 in the morning they will be able to read the notes and listen to the call recording and then they will be able correct your plan for you.

Thanks David. Hoped I could get EE to solve it online and so avoid having to go through the rigmarole of pressing buttons and then spending 10 minutes on hold before speaking to a real person!! Guess not.

If you ring freephone 0800 317720 it will put you straight through to customer services without any options.

Thanks David. Just been on phone to EE. They can't change the plan to the one I asked for. I guess that's because it was a Black Friday offer and is no longer on the system. So they will put me back to my £5 PAYG. I'll just wait until the January sales and see what's on offer then. I've been an Orange and then EE customer for more years than I care to remember - perhaps it's time for a change.

Thanks Chistery. Great minds think alike (see above). Hadn't been able to see if plan was still there earlier because couldn't get on shop website. Think I'll let them unscramble the plan I didn't ask for and don't want and put me back to PAYG.
