Will I be able to keep my number if I temporarily cancel my sim only plan?

I am currently in New Zealand, they don’t have EE as a network, so I’ve got another sim only plan. If I cancel my EE plan temporarily until I’m back in the UK. Will my phone number stay the same when I start up my plan again?

Thanks

Hi @amberbenco,

Welcome to the EE Community. Smiley Happy

Is your EE plan a 12 month or 30 day rolling contract?

If it's 12 months, are you out of contract?

Thanks

You can't cancel my EE plan temporarily. If you cancel it it's gone for good.

What you could do if you've passed your min term is to transfer it to EE PAYG.
