Why do I have no service

I have had no signal since yesterday, I’ve tried everything I removed the SIM card and put it back in to try fix it and it didn’t work. What do I do

Please check your post code on our network status checker.

 

Is there any maintenance work in your area?

 

Some problems can be sorted on your phone. Try these quick fixes:-

 

1. Turn airplane mode on and off again

2. Restart your device

3. Check you have the latest software

Hi I have done all of this and it has said that nothing is wrong in my area
I’ve done everything I can think of including what you stated and still
nothing has worked

Hey Chris

I got an email this morning saying the issue was resolved as I was leaving
the house, I got home a couple minutes ago and took my SIM card out and
reset my phone and I still have no service

Can you advise me on what to do next

It sometimes takes a little while for the mast to reach it's full service after being re-started.

 

It may be worth speaking to the technical support team for a more detailed look into the issue with the mast.
