My contract is due to expire next month and rather than starting a new contract I was told in store that you can get a monthly rolling sim only contract which you can cancel when you need to. I was also told they can't sort that out in store and I'd have to phone up. I'm unsure who I'm supposed to talk to. The reason I need this kind of contract is because there's a possibility that I might be moving country in spring for a minimum of a year and I can't afford to pay off a new contract all in one go when that time arrives

@MCMLXXXIX If you don’t upgrade your current contract will change to a 30 day rolling sim contract at the end of your minimum term at the same price as you pay now so if your happy with it you don’t need to do anything.
