Where is my credit?

I've just put in my new simply card and topped up with £15. The money has left my bank account but I have no credit?  Also registered on the EE site and tried to keep my old number but site is saying the number on my new simply isn't registered??

No the credit has been taken for the pack.

 

You have 250 minutes, unlimited texts and 4.0GB remaining until 18/09/2017.

 

You can use this allowance now.

Hello @Martinaob what response do you get when you restart your phone and text the code AL to 150? Have you ported your old number in from another network? 🙂

Thanks for coming here @Martinaob

 

Our EE pay as you go SIM cards are set up with a pack for you, this what the credit has been used for.

 

If you do not want this in future please text STOP PACK to 150.
