What to do now after 38hrs after I put the SIM in?

It’s been 38hrs already and my SIM still hasn’t activated yet. I don’t know what else to do. I am new to EE so I don’t really understand the activation system yet, but I’m sure it’s not meant to take nor than 38hrs.HELP ME ASAP I HAVE TO GO TO WORK IN AN HOUR!!! sorry for shouting

Hi. Make a call phone to CS 07953 966 250 or 150. Tell them still not activated SIM card. I got payg SIM card week ago after inserting to phone was activated in 1 sec and 24h just waiting for transfer number from other provider. So was everything done in time.
