When the minimum term ends it goes to a rolling contract. 

 

If you have given notice then the number goes into hibernation for a period of months.

 

It then goes back to the original network so if EE then EE will use it again.

 

Of you posted it into EE from another network like O2 then it'll go back to O2

Depends what you mean by "ends". Contracts don't just finish; just the min. term expires. Then the contract just continues as normal on a rolling month basis.

 

The contract will only conclude when you cancel it. Then the no. taken out of service for some time before being reused.
