Top Up on Pay as you go SIM

Hi, I have a pay as you go SIM that lasts for 30 days. Is there any way that I can extend beyond 30 days if I pay more?

Yes just top up via the EE app.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Thanks for posting on the community.


Your new pack will start as soon as you’ve used all the allowances in your current pack or if it’s come to the end of its seven or 30-day duration as long as you have topped up your account.
