There's no money or credit on my new £10 SIM card I bought.

I bought a new £10 SIM card and after registering it and myself, it hasn't given anything. It says I have a £10 Everything Pack and just to make a call, text or browse to activate it, but when I try, the automated message just states that I have no credit to do anything! Tried ringing 'Customer Service' but it costs 25p to do so and I don't have the credit I'm owed! Really annoying as I've noticed this has happened alot to people in the past. You would think EE would've sorted this problem, but obviously not. How do I sort it out? Many thanks in advance.

Did you actually pay for this SIM or get it free?
