Switched to EE but no SIM card yet

I decided to switch to EE recently. Everything is sorted out with the contract but I  havent received my SIM card yet. I recieved a confirmation email at about 6pm on Friday and it hasn't arrived yet (meant to take 2 to 3 working days and we've had the mail today and I got a bill from EE but no SIM card). Is it normal for it to take a bit longer?

Hi @Whiskers7 Welcome to EE! 😀

 

Unfortunately yes, EE use second class post for SIMs, so could be 5 or 6 days till you get it.

 

If you are near an EE store, you should be able to pop in and ask for a replacement. Take Photo ID with you. They may ask for the number, do you have that yet, or just an order number? Hopefully they can help though.
