When I was in store I was upgraded. I was given a spare sim and told to cancel it or I'll be chargered but I can't find where to cancel this SIM card. If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated thank you.

@Eloise1234 You’ll need to call customer services to do this. But if this is another contract SIM card that you got in store you can not cancel it as there is no cooling off period for store sales. But I highly recommend you call customer services about this.
