Sim not provisioned

Good afternoon, I set up my new phone with replacement sim yesterday and all was fine, then this afternoon, no service and when checking settings it was showing sim not provisioned. Please help, as tried to ring, but as I have no service I cannot make any calls 😔

If you place your SIM into another device does this work?

 

Does your old SIM have any signal?

Thank you for replying. I rang tech care last night and the sim needed to be refreshed. So all sorted now thank you.
