Sim not arrived

Following on line chat I ordered a new sim ( for use in tracker device).  Received email on 21/5/20 confirming order and saying it’s been despatched 

not yet arrived (30/5/20)

frustrated at not being able to get any response to establish. Is it missing.  Do I need to reorder

cannot get to speak with anyone for answer !

David thank you so much for your help. Customer service contacted immediately on number provided by you.  Additional sim despatched

Previously  so frustrating not being able to speak or contact anyone to resolve

invaluable service
