I lost my phone a few days ago and called in to block my sim card, I requested a new sim to be sent out and that arrived shortly after. However I found my phone before I activated the new sim card so I called to unblock the old sim and within 24 hours I had service and it was unblocked no problem. Although now my service has gone and the sim seems to be not working again despite calling for EE to unblock it? Shall I call again to ask to fix or shall I just activate the new sim they sent and use that?
