Sim activation

hi can anyone tell me if have  to put the replacement sim in my phone before or after I receive the 2 text messages from ee

Hi,

 

It doesn't really matter, when your old sim is deactivated then your new sim should be active.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
