So my Iphone 5s was lost/stolen on Friday night. I called EE to get it cancelled etc and ordered an SE as a replacement and was told my number would remain the same as my previous one.
Everything arrived yesterday morning, but no luck with my new sim activating at all, and my EE page still says I'm using the 5s even though that was cancelled. Is there any way of speeding this up?

The 5s image to which you refer has no bearing on your account and will change when you use your new handset.
Did you activate the sim?

Essentially, the only thing I can do on the phone at resent is connect to wifi. But I can't send/receive texts or calls or use data - it jusy says no service in the top left instead
