One day I turned my phone on, and it said "SIM card is locked!" . What do I do? I do not wish to change from or to EE - it has always been an EE pay-as-you-go deal, and I wish to keep with this.

I've tried the SIM card in a different phone - and it's still showing 'SIM card is locked!' I've tried another SIM card in the phone, and it's working. So I think the problem lies with the SIM card and not the phone.
BTW, its not asking for any kind of code.
