Replacement sim

I asked recently about replacing a faulty sim card. Sometime kindly replied with a link for a new sim card.


I followed the link twice,  each time telling me order accepted, but nothing further. No sim! 


Any ideas what i can do to get a new sim by mail please.

The only EE link is but that won't accept an order for a damaged SIM:
