I asked recently about replacing a faulty sim card. Sometime kindly replied with a link for a new sim card.
I followed the link twice, each time telling me order accepted, but nothing further. No sim!
Any ideas what i can do to get a new sim by mail please.

The only EE link is https://explore.ee.co.uk/Order-a-new-SIM but that won't accept an order for a damaged SIM:
If your SIM is broken we can't complete your request online. Please call us on 150 to discuss or visit your local store
