Solved: Replacement sim

I dropped my iPhone and now it does not recognise my sim.

I’m currently using my old iPhone until my contract ends in Jan 2020 as the screen has smashed.

Would it be possible to get a replacement sim sent out?

Hi @Rochellesettle You need to either call Ee and request a new sim or pop into an Ee store with photo Id and they will give you a new sim
