Replacement sim not connecting to network

I received a replacement sim as I lost my phone. I installed it but the is no network connection.

If you get in touch with our Mobile Care team, they can get the SIM card registered for you.

Welcome to the community,

 

You will need to activate your replacement SIM card here:

 

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
Thanks Shockwave for the reply. When I follow your link there are three choices; to activate the SIM I need my old phone which is lost. If I choose the lost or stolen option it says that soon should already be activated. I still can't connect to a network

Hi Leanne. The phone is an EE phone and the SIM came from EE.
