where is my replacement sim. I phoned over a week ago and it still hasn't turned up.

What date did you order your new SIM card on?
I ordered the replacement on 29th September. I need a nano for a new phone. Heard nothing since.
SIM's take 2-5 working days to arrive in the post, it should be with you soon.
Thanks - not particularly reassured given that 5 working days was last Friday!

Sorry - I gave the wrong date in earlier post! Actually placed the order on 22nd September.
Please do speak to customer services to take a further look into this one.
You can pop in to one of our retail stores to pick up a SIM card.
