Reorder new sim

I lost my ee sim lt wont let re order a new sim. Because there less than 1 pound  50 credit please help

@Superjlow9  You need to go to a store and request a replacement SIM card or call customer services from a landline to request a replacement SIM card.  As your a PAYG customer these are your options.

You need to report the loss urgently to EE so they can block it. You can then top-up to bump your credit to over £1.50 & order a replacement SIM by phone or go into an EE store & get 1 for free.

As @XRaySpeX and @Chris_B have advised, you can give us a call and our pay as you go team will be able to get your SIM card blocked and get you a new SIM ordered.


Or, if you are near to an EE retail store you can get a replacement SIM card in store and keep your number.
