Received £20/month - 100GB offer from EE, but they gave me the wrond plan!

Hi, I received an offer from EE on Friday saying that I am eligible for an offer of £20 per month 100GB data.

Then I followed the link and started messaging with the advisers. I told them that I accept the offer. But they signed me up for 40GB sim plan for £27 per month.

I can see it when I go to my ee plan as well.

Hi @gtunc,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

It looks like the price is correct once you take away the £7 in loyalty discounts.

So we can make sure you are getting your full data allowance, please get in touch with Customer Care.

Thanks

James

Hi @gtunc

Have you checked if the extra data is under add-ons?

Thanks

Hi @Northerner ,

I checked my active add-ons. There are 20gb and 5gb extras there. However it still makes it 65gb in total. Not 100gb. Also the offer says £20/month. But they put me a plan which is £27/month.
