REPLACEMENT SIM

Why is it so hard to get a replacement sim as an pay as you go customer , i need a replacement sim , i went into your fancy shops to get one and they say call us when i call them they say go to the shop , give me a replacement sim please

Why do you need a replacement SIM? If it's for a new phone your current SIM doesn't fit you can order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one.

I lost my sim when I traveled and I ordered a replacement sim, got it yesterday popped it into my phone and there’s no service. Waited 24hrs restart my phone a couple times and nothing. Why won’t it work? How to get it to work?
