Question around changing contract from a direct debit to sim only deal

Hello

]

I have recently changed from a direct debit contract to a sim only deal.

 

I received a email for confirmation with my delivery number - xkoxxxxxxxxx

 

however when i search for this using the tracker it is unable to find the delivery.

 

I did see a DHL van outside my house at the weekend but they did not deliver anything.

 

Should i be required to change sim when moving to a sim only deal?

 

Should i have been delivered a sim card by now?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

You wont be required to change SIM for this process. 

 

If you log in to your My EE you should see your plan has changed, You can also text AL to 150 to confirm this.
