Problem Ordering SIM for New Device Online

Hi everyone,

 

I just ordered a new SIM online via this Web page

 

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/order-sim/?action=newHandset

 

I have a new handset which requires a nano SIM.  My existing handset is micro SIM. I went through the 3 steps of the process for ordering the SIM, but there was no option to select the SIM card type. I think the order is now submitted without a SIM card type. Will I just have to ring 150 to specify the type of SIM? Or can I do this online or via email?

No, you'll receive a multi-SIM where you just push out the size you want.

Just to add to the great advice, once your SIM card arrives you will need to register your new SIM at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim
