Phone stolen in Vietnam, need to block SIM

Hi there,

my phone was stolen in Vietnam. I'm aware of the normal procedure (to call), but I have got no access to a phone at all to clock the SIM. Is there any way that this can be done remotely? I have already used find my iphone but this will not help if the sim is removed from the phone. Look forward to your suggestions. Thanks
