Cannot find the ‘manage’ in my menu to find my POK code

@Sophs_   If you can not find your PUK code then give customer services a call and they’ll give it to you.

Oh sorry! I’m not sure its some from of family thing I share with my brother but we have separate data.

No the account is the same so I can see how much data he has used and likewise but our access to settings is the same
