Im abroad for over 6 months so thought I'd switch to payg. The lady on the phone before I left said it's all done, all I have to do it make sure I use it every 3 months otherwise I'll lose my number and it will become inactive.
The account was closed after I had left to go abroad due to the final billing date.
When I log into my account now it just says "account closed". I can't call to top up as I have no credit, 150 just cuts off. Theres another number which also doesn't go through as Im assuming it's because I have no credit. I can't top up through the website. Any help as to how I can get around this?
Would be nice if there was a live chat to customer service.

I've had the same problem, although I've now paid.
However my calls from UK go straight to my voicemail - presume this is because I need roaming on - however problem I can't call 150 from here (Dubai) - os there an online facility that you're aware of ?

Thanks but no where in the other post says anything about why my calls go straight to voicemail ?
Btw I’ve topped the balance up on an earlier call so no balance is not the issue
