Not on registered network

 New phone New SIM but New SIM won't activate and old SIM has been disconnected no way of phoning ee I need urgent use of my phone as it's my only means of contact and have an airport run to do in a couple of hours I have been to a store and told they couldn't help me as lines were down I finally got through on 150 after 30 mins waiting on my new SIM as I could only call out to mobiles and 07 numbers earlier before speaking to an ee customer service person then being hung up on and after another 10 mins on hold to get through (10 mins until line was closing) my phone then hangs up and saying not on a network fuming!!!
