No signal & Sim not provisioned

My phone has had no signal for 2 days and I also have a message say Sim not provisioned.  

 

I have tried resetting the network settings,  have turned airplane mode on/off & have taken the sim out and tried in another phone but still have the say problem. 

 

Is there anyway of solving this ?

Have you made any changes to your account recently?

 

Any upgrades, new SIM cards or anything?

 

Could you please check your area on our network status checker?

No not made any changes, upgrades etc.

 

I have checked the network status and there are no known problems in the area.
