Hi, recently upgraded through cpw.
Sales guy tells me insert new sim in new phone, number will be the same eventually old sim will stop working. (Old phone X5 compact new phone XZ1 compact)
Now I find I have both phones showing "no service".
Neither phone can be registered on the network.
Is this normal? It's been like it for over 36 hours now.
EE is fine in my area, daughter also on EE and has no network issues.

@Experianced I’m looking at what’s going on within the forum at the moment and I think EE have got a few issues all over the place.

You should now be able to contact customer services to investigate your issue.
