No network in new Esim

Just ordered a QR code for esim in my iPhone 11 Pro. Scanned code and activated online and was informed it usually takes 1 hour but could be done in maximum 24 hours. 

I called EE CS after 12 hours, said it will take 24 hours precisely. Now I have waited more than 24 hours and still no network, cannot call or use my data.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Yes I have, I have also reset network settings.
