No free 10 gb

Got the pay as go sim at the Heathrow and used my allowance of 500 mb but got the confirmation that my 10GB added but seems I don’t get the data access even I have not starter using 10GB. Urgent help needed!

What does it say if you text BA to 150?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
