New sim

Hi lost my phone months ago. Was just wondering if I could get a new SIM card with my old number on it

are you a payg customer or a pay monthly customer? Also, how long ago did you lose your phone/sim? Did you report it at the time?

If you haven't used your SIM for 179 days then it will be in hibernation.


If you haven't used it for over 273 days then the number is deactivated and lost. 



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
