New sim problems

I'm not able to receive or send text messages nor am I able to receive or make any calls on my sim. What can I do

@King21 it can take upto 24 hours for new sim to be activated! Have you tried turning device off for a few mins then back on, with sim card in it?

I can't receive texts or calls and I can't send any or make any calls. Why..

For two days I have tried to send texts and make calls but I haven't been able to nor can I receive calls or texts from other people.

I have had the SIM for about 1 month now it was working fine but it's not allowing me to do much now
