I got a new sim card to fit into a new phone (PAYG). My old sim card stopped working almost instantly I requested the new one, and the new one works fine. However I keep getting texts from ee telling me to activate the new sim. Do I actually need to do this? It says I'll get a message on my old phone/sim, but obviously this won't work and I don't want to inadvertently inactivated the working new sim...thanks for your help!

Are you able to make a call from the new SIM?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, everything seems to work fine (although it flashes up 'Conditional call forwarding active' when I start the call).
