New phone last Saturday, its now Thursday, Nobody is able to contact me, help?

I got in contact with EE technical on 07953966250 (thanks for the number guys) and my new SIM was designated to a completely different number. SIM was reassigned to my Mb Tel and all is now well.

Was this an upgrade?  Or have you moved to EE from a different network and ported your number to EE ?

Is this a totally new connection?

 Have you tried restarting the device?

 Is the SIM card in the device? Do you have a signal on the device? 

Whete did you get this new device? 

Is it contract or PAYG ?
