New SIM only contract

Hi. Have been with EE for 2 years and just switched to a sim only contract. I've been sent a new SIM card but I want to keep my old number. Can I not continue using my old SIM with the new contract?

Re: New SIM only contract

Hi @lisas85,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you upgraded direct with EE, you can continue to use your old SIM.

You'd only need the new one if you had changed phones and needed a different sized SIM.

Thanks

James

Re: New SIM only contract

How did you order?

Did you upgrade to the sim only?

Or did you purchase a new sim only contract?

Re: New SIM only contract

I upgraded to SIM only. Was surprised a new SIM was sent out, thought I could carry on with my old one?
